Hi all,
Myself and my friend are looking for a 2 bedroom to rent for September 1st, 2021. We are both busy people working and myself part time school as well and are both avid golfers. We are open to an apartment, basement suite, condo, or anything else that may be available. We are both quit with the exception of the occasional 49ers touchdown cheer . We don't smoke or party . We would love to find a place with utilities included but are okay with paying utility on top of rent. We are not picky about the size of the unit, or whether it is furnished . Our ideal budget is $1400 a month excluding utilities. We are also more then happy to do any yard work or help with anything around the property. Please let me know if you have something that would work for us . Thanks
