28th Annual Mayor’s Christmas Concert
Saturday, December 7th, 2019
Donations of food and funds welcomed for local food banks
Join us at Southminster United Church on Saturday, December 7th, at 7pm for an evening of great Christmas entertainment, hosted by the Lethbridge Community Band Society Silver and Gold Bands and Mayor Spearman. Come participate in this annual tradition, and bring along a donation in support of the Lethbridge Food Bank and Interfaith Food Bank’s Christmas Hope Campaign. Since its inception, the Lethbridge Community Band society has partnered with these local food banks to assist with the collection of funds and donations that help families in need over the holiday season.
The Lethbridge Community Band Society’s Silver and Gold Bands under the Direction of Samuel Yamamoto and Mark Ward will hold their joint “28th Annual Mayor’s Christmas Concert” along with special guests Ecole Agnes Davdison’s Senior and Junior Choirs directed by Meagan Thorlakson. To continue the Christmas Spirit of the evening, the Bands invite all attendees to join them after the concert for a hot chocolate reception.
Tickets are $15 each, children 12 and under free; and are available at CASA, online at lcbs.yapsody.com, and at the door.
