We the Chef de Cuisine students at Liaison College Kitchener are proud to present our 4 course tasting menu for Friday, March 9th, 2018 @ 12:30pm
The Menu includes: 1st course - Chana Masala (Chickpea Stew) with Grilled Vegetables 2nd course - Ruby Red Grapefruit Sorbet (Palate Cleanser) Choice of... 3rd course - Pan Seared Duck with Celeriac Purée, Green Beans and Mushrooms served with Pomegranate Sauce OR 3rd course - White Fish stuffed with Spinach and Ricotta, with Asparagus and Polenta served with Grilled Tomato Concassé 4th course - Contemporary Interpretation of Lemon Meringue Pie (The pie will be the winning recipe of the class competition held on March 6th)
