Hi! My name is Luna, although I'll answer to anyone who gives wants to play with me or dangle a tempting treat before my eyes. I'm sweet, playful, intelligent, and I love people; in all sizes from little kids to grown ups.
Did I mention I like playing with other dogs? Some times my big dopey self scares them, but eventually they realize I'm a fun girl. I like playing with the 4 kids (aged 4 - 11), getting tired, then sprawling myself belly-up on the couch, floor, bed, whatever I'm allowed to lay on.
What can I tell you about myself? Hmm.... lets see:I'm black with white on my chest, underside, and on the tips of my snowshoes...er....feet.I like to eat. Everything.I like playing in water. Pools are fun, and so are rivers, taps, hoses, puddles.... you get me right? Who doesn't like puddles?I enjoy long trots through the fields around my house with my other canine friendsI can sit, lay down, wait patien... squirrel! Wait, where was I...oh yeah.... I like to make people happy. Well....mostly I like to make me happy, but I do my best!I tell my people I need to use the bathroom when I paw at our back door. They like that! People aren't smart like dogs so you have to show them what you want. They use their mouths for something called speech.... that's just weird. Mouths are for putting food in.I'm protective of my children... I'll stand over them if they are on the floor and they were hurt. Or if they look sad, I do it a lot actually. My mom keeps calling me Velcro, and HeiHei, but I haven't watched Moana. She just laughs at me ;)I like to sleep in my crate during the night, or in mommy's bed. They tell me I snore, but I don't believe a word of it.I like to say hello to every other dog on my street, but I'm working on my outbursts; they tell me it's my age. People are weird.
My family says something big has changed in their life and that I'd be a lot happier with people that can give me more attention. The attention fit for a princess such as myself. I really just want to lay on someone but I'm told I'm a little on the big-boned side for being a lap dog. Geesh.
p.s.Did I mention I can do tricks? I can curl up into a ball and nearly hide my elephant-sized body!
