I have a small bedroom for rent with immediate availability. It is freshly renovated: painted and deep cleaned the carpet. The pictures are old. Please, ask for new ones, if you're interested!

We are three of us in a four bedroom duplex in the South University area (Allendale). House is located on 106 Street, between Southgate and White Ave. Direct buses to downtown-Southgate and University-South campus. Two of us are older, one young guy.I am a recent U of A graduate, and in the first stage of opening and running my own business.

We are looking for a responsible and respectful person to join us. We have three large friendly dogs and two new kittens that just joined the big family.

The room is fully furnished with essentials, a single bed, desk, office chair and a small night stand/TV stand. Shared areas are the bathrooms (1 1/2), living room, laundry area in the basement, where I also have atwisterand an exercise bike, the kitchen with everything you need, and a backyard with a fire pit for summer BBQ and an opportunity to create your own vegetable garden in the other half. We have 2 large fridges to accommodateall our food storage needs.

Rent is $475, plus $25 for the home phone, high-speed 30internet(with 5G), and cable (with 8 non-stop movie channels). Damage deposit is $300. The lease is 4 months, after which you go month-to-monthunless you prefer to renew your 4-month lease.
