12 wks old Purebred border collies out of working parents.
Mom is ABCA, dad is CKC. Puppies will not have papers.
Great temperaments, love to work and always aim to please. Have a lot of drive, very 'cowy' and it doesn't take much correction to get them to listen. They're a more sensitive breed, so just a verbal 'no' usually makes them stop whatever behavior you don't like. They're shadow dogs, always wanting to be by your side and helping you any way they can. They could go in any direction... good pets, great farm dogs, agility stars...flyball, herding, obedience, tracking, search and rescue...you name it. They'll do it. They live to please you.
These pups have been raised around kids, other dogs, goats, chickens, horses and cattle. They're well socialized with it all. Do not chase chickens. Want to work goats and cattle with their parents. Will follow when we ride horses. Just all around great dogs.
They have been raised inside but are spending more and more time outdoors with us as they get older. They will use puppy pads and are asking outside. They made need a little bit of work on their potty training once they don't have their parents to show them where to go (they potty outside when parents go outside), but we haven't had an accident for weeks. So the hardest part is done for you. They will sleep in a crate at night and go to bed when you tell them. Ride well in a car. Have been given two sets of puppy shots and dewormed regularly.
