Job Description:
Being a sales team member at NBR Group job responsibility would comprise of generating, prospecting, finalizing and servicing the real estate clients/customers to attain the target and ensure the marketing administration of the uppermost quality.
Job Responsibilities:
ØGenerating clients database/leads
ØBooked customer references
ØDirect sales activities
ØExpo/Events participation
Prospecting, Closing and Servicing:
ØProspect clients for site visits through calling, email and off-site meetings
ØCreate customized proposals for specific client needs
ØClose deals to achieve monthly targets
ØPost sales servicing for agreement execution, collections and query handling
Developing and Nurturing a Strong Sales Channel:
ØDeveloping existing and new channel partner’s rapport to attain targets
ØCraft relationship with obtainable clients to increase incremental business through referrals
