Job Requirement/Criterion:
Educational Qualification - Any Graduate preferably MBA
Work Experience 3-5 years of experience in handling high value/relationship-based sales, candidates with realty field background preferred.
Key Competencies:
ØCandidate must have handled all aspects of sales
ØStrong decision making and problem solving skills
ØStrong interpersonal, written, phone and verbal skills
ØAbility to develop customers from prospecting to closures
ØStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills
ØMust be able to work well with others as part of a team
ØKnowledge or experience of CRM and/or sales automation tools preferred
ØExperience in an inbound/outbound environment preferred
ØWell-groomed and presentable
