Description:
I am from Winnipeg but I currently work in Korea. I will be bringing 5 students (they are 8 years old) home for intensive study for the last 3 weeks of August. I will be staying in the house with them, another adult will also accompany us but will not sleep in the house. I need at least 3 bedrooms or rooms that can be used as bedrooms, Internet connection and in a nice area. I will pay 1500-2500 for the 3 weeks plus 1000-2500 security deposit. I would prefer it to be furnished or partially furnished. We will have a legal contract drawn up at our expense that protects you and your house.
