I am a university fine arts student at the uofm. I am looking for a modest house to rent. I just want the place to allow pets, I have a small dog, house trained, two cats. I am a single woman and would want to put an alarm system in. If you have a place to rent that is a not high priced to rent. I can only afford 400 a month plus utilities.
