Hello!
I'm a 4th year student at UBC and I'm currently majoring in BSc Psychology. I have over 5 years of tutoring experience and I have worked for different tutoring agencies for the past few years. My style of teaching is to explain the concepts to my students, rather than telling them to memorize the materials because learning is NEVER JUST about memorizing!
I have taken 3 years of University Biology courses (100-300 level) and 2 years of University Chemistry and Math courses (100-200 level).
My availability varies a lot. I do not tutor on Fridays and Sundays. I do not travel more than 10 km from where I live. I am currently tutoring Grade 2-11 in various subjects such as English, ESL, Math, Biology and Chemistry.
Elementary Students: $20/hour
High School Students: $25/hour
Group rates:
Elementary Students: $16/hour (per individual)
High School Students: $20/hour (per individual)
