Description:
A Liquidation Company is in need of a COLLECTION SPECIALIST for our corporate office in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend to High Outbound/Inbound calls
Make Collection calls and reach a monthly quota
Update Collection Reports all the time
Update the Customers Profile with status & notes
Other duties as may be assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and characteristics:
Two + years of previous credit & collection experience
Very Motivated & Output Driven
Able to type 35 wpm and complete a typing test
Attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate - particularly in excel.
Strong telephone skills
Positive / encouraging phone demeanor
Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
Salary plus commission
Business Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am 4:30 pm
