The pricing includes all meals, utilities, laundry and high speed internet. The room features a double bed, bedding, desk, closet,dresser, lamp, towels, & shared bathroom.We are within walking distance to parks, libraries, community & shopping centres, groceries (including ethnic grocery shops) and excellent restaurants. There is easy access to the trendy Main Street area, Queen Elizabeth Park, beaches, skiing, theatres etc...Only 1 bus to UBC, downtown, Metrotown. The Main Street bus is only 69 meters away and we're a short walk to the Canada Line (Langara & Oakridge stations).
