This well-established non-profit society is seeking to lease a peaceful meditation studio in the heart of Vancouver.
We offer free courses and workshops in meditation, self-improvement and all aspects of spirituality. We are searching for a well-lit open space of at least 1300 sq ft. to be a home for these activities — a place where people can come to learn, grow, and practice.
We don't need something on a busy street or with huge exposure. Ideally we would like a space in a mixed residential/commercial street, close to public transit and main traffic routes, but just off the beaten path, allowing us to create a tranquil and serene environment. It should feel warm and welcoming and comfortable for visitors from all walks of life. Green space and / or access to patio / garden would be a huge plus.
We would be ideal tenants, giving lots of care to the space / property and seeking to improve and maintain every detail. Our goal is to create a spiritual sanctuary from the hubbub of a busy world.
We have an impeccable track record as tenants, and you would never lose sleep over getting your rent cheque on time. Monthly lease rate is negotiable, and we will go the extra mile for that perfect space.
