Small, established law firm looking for a conveyancer. Experience in all aspects of conveyancing is required. Exposure to Real Estate/Corporate Commercial, Land Development and new construction would be an asset. Ability to function well under pressure and multi task. Ability to function well under pressure and multi task. Ability to do B.C. Online searches with knowledge of PPR, Corporate Searches and LTO, Proficient with registry procedures, filing and documents. Ability to work independently while prioritizing time sensitive tasks. Looking for a professional individual with a positive attitude.
Position is permanent and full time. Transit av/parking provided.
