It's across the street from "hot spots" of Cancun- Carlos and Charlies, Senor Frogs, Cocobongos, & more. Walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. A short drive to activities. Lovely, large balcony, w/fantastic Caribbean ocean views! Kitchenette, 2 full size beds, & full size futon. A fantastic deal! Cancun is the 'Jewel of the Caribbean'. 2 gorgeous, oceanside pools. Within walking distance to the trendy night club district, w/top 5 clubs, over 40 restaurants, and 3 shopping centers. Walking distance to internet usage, and convenience store. Perfect spot for families, or just the two of you! A fantastic vacation spot! There is snorkeling in the water in front of the condo! The water is also great for swimming! There are many water sports available at or near the condo. Relax completely, and spend an unforgettable vacation! You will be staying close to many activities. There is a $200 refundable security deposit required for reservation. There is a $40 charge for reservations less than 4 days, 5 days minimum for high season, 7 days for holiday periods. During high season, we have a 7 day minimum.
