Volunteer Technical Writer

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can take our platform to the next level in the global market. Are you ready to make a difference in the world of helping people?
In this role, the candidate will be expected to
• Work within our development cycle to prepare effective training materials, including client and lawyer tutorials
• Create and update knowledge based articles
• Ensure the effectiveness of the training material by performing user acceptance testing, and incorporating customer feedback
• Develop and manage relationships in a professional manner
• Provide ongoing recommendations for improvement and resolution of issues
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A college degree, university diploma, or professional equivalent in a professional writing related area of study
• 6+ months of professional technical writing or training development experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Strong technical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
