Violin & Viola Lessons
Have you ever wanted to play the violin or viola? If so, I have worked with many beginner students helping them discover the wonders of creating music.
Who Am I?
My name is Conrad, and I have been teaching violin/viola lessons for the last 10 years. I graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Music in 2006 with a degree in music education. I have played the violin and viola for 20 years and truly love to teach.
I provide lessons out of my home, located in the High Park / Bloor West area of Toronto. I am conveniently located just steps away from High Park Subway Station so traveling here is super easy.
I teach all age groups (from young children to seniors) and am very experienced with beginners as well as students with all varieties of skill levels. I use a wide range of teaching methods working ultimately to make music 1) fun 2) interesting 3) challenging. My lessons are infused with music theory, musicality, techniques and sight reading.
I meet with each of my students once a week for an hour lesson. All lessons are one-on one. Parents are welcome to observe/participate.
If you do not own a violin, I do have a few for rent. I charge $25 per month, which includes the violin, bow, case, and shoulder rest.
