Description:
Tutor available to work with students at the elementary, secondary and post-secondary levels. I am a certified teacher currently tutoring McMaster University and Mohawk College students primarily. However, I have a great deal of expertise and experience working with elementary and secondary students in the area of Language Arts.
I specialize in assisting all students, regardless of their educational level, to develop strategies for academic success. The areas I focus on are: study skill development, exam preparation, time-management/organizational skills, essay writing/editing, reading/comprehension, clarification of concepts, assignment planning, self-confidence building...etc.
