Description:
We're seeking experienced leaders across the gta who will oversee field execution projects. As a leader you will either lead or co-lead a project in your Toronto, with an oppurtunity managing a field marketing crew. To be successful you will:
- Hire, train and manage a committed and reliable team who will work diligently to meet daily targets;
- Use your experience in supervising staff to motivate crew daily;
- Provide detailed follow up and reporting on a daily basis;
- Work without direct supervision
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated supervisory skills to lead a team
- Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- Outstanding ability to multi-task, and meet daily targets;
Requirements:
- Experience in field marketing;
- Solid language fluency (English);
- Excellent knowledge of your city (Toronto);
- Automobile required.
