Description:
Torontops.com is an internet company dealing with sports handicapping. TPS also has other pages catering to the male target audience including movie reviews/sports scores and news. Due to an expanding list of handicappers, we require the following:
At home and Office stat collector/assistant
part time / and or full time
Responsibilities
* gather scores/news from previous nights sporting scene including NBA,MLB,NFL,NHL etc.
* data entry into main server
* gather news/previews of current days sporting scene
* Review media and online webpage for accuracy /quality of content
* Contact and respond to inquiries from clients and prospects
* Responding to email/answering user questions
* Update and maintain client files
* attend live sporting events and trade shows
Requirements
* above average writing skills
* Strong knowledge of sports in general
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* general knowledge of the gambling industry
