Description:

Small-Group Athletic Training at Bang Fitness



With a limit of five people per group, small group classes provide an effective and affordable alternative to personal training.



Small-group classes are 75 minutes in length and cover the following areas:

Mobility

Speed

Power

Strength

Conditioning



These challenging classes will ensure improved strength, movement and body composition for athletes and weekend warriors alike.



Regular class times are:

6:00 -7:15 pm Monday through Friday

7:30- 8:45 pm Monday through Thursday

12:00-1:00 pm Monday through Friday
