Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Collection calls to clients concerning their overdue accounts on a Senior Collection Portfolio
· Comply with Provincial regulations
· Comply and maintain Client portfolio requirements
· Achieve Daily and Monthly targets
Qualifications:
Advanced Typing abilities
Ability to multitask
Maturity, diplomacy and high degree of professionalism along with a resourceful nature
French language (as an asset),Efficient, Reliable, Quick Learner, Organized, Attention to Detail.
Team player
