Description:
Seeking a Full Time Sales Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide direct hands on management, supervision & coaching of individuals in your team
-Provide suggestions to manager to help improve the efficiency of the unit
-Participate in on-going training to ensure that staffs are kept up to date with all changes in product and services and programs
-Responsible for individual team sales target
QUALIFICATIONS
-2 years+ supervisory or management experience in sales
-Ability to operate independently
-Team player and leader
-Professional attitude, good listening skills and articulate
-Familiar with MS Office and intermediate computer skills
COMPENSATION:
$4,000/monthly
