Description:
Telesolutions International is looking for a dynamic individual to lead one of our sales teams in our New State of the Art Call Centre.
The position is responsible for reporting to the General Sales Manager. The Sales Floor Manager is responsible for supervising, motivating and leading Call Centre Employees. Sales Floor Manager is responsible for 20 to 30 employees. A Sales Floor Manager must be able to motivate, educate and supervise employees. All candidates must be able to work in a fast paced sales oriented environment.
Sales Floor Managers are paid on a base pay plus commission basis.
Qualifications
Candidates must have management experience, sales experience; call center experience is an asset but not a necessity and must be able to work as a team.
