Role Description:
TMC Restorations Sales Estimators spends their day calling on and working with customers. If you¡¦re a self-starter with a great work ethic, if you work in partnership with customers, are an over- achiever with the desire to succeed, have a creative flair and value independence but can work in a team then you will succeed with TMC. The sky is the limit as you organize your time attending face-to-face appointments to create new relationships within your portfolio and build relationships with your customers and your team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years proven outside B2C sales experience
Strong closing and negotiating skills are an asset
Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling
Ability to conduct business discussions to determine customer needs, understanding your customer¡¦s needs and recommend solutions
Self motivated, able to work independently, adaptable to change, possess a strong drive to succeed
Strong influencing, interpersonal skills ¡V ability to listen, be empathetic, be approachable, initiate contact and build relationships with people with ease
Strong prioritization, organization and time management skills
Must be able to travel and have a car and valid driver¡¦s license.
Ability to work independently and also as a team player
