Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on how they mesh with the existing pets in our home (a female Yorkshire terrier, and a 9-year-old, spayed female cat). The $600 rent includes all utilities, including high-speed Internet. The kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, yard, garage, and 2 large entertainment areas are shared spaces. The room is clean and bright, with big windows. It is located on the second story, and has a small closet. The house is a split-level, 5 bedroom, with 2 fireplaces, a deep freeze, 2 refrigerators, ample storage, and an incredibly lovely and large yard in the back, suitable for gardening and entertaining. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and quiet, and many parks are nearby. We require 1st and last months rent at the time of move-in. We can provide furniture for the room if given some advance notice.
