Auction will take place at the restaurant location-2051 Winston Park Drive in Oakville, ON.
INSPECTION is 9:00-4:00 Tuesday January 22 and 9:00-10:30 on Wednesday January 23.
Terms are $300 deposit, 10% buyers premium and regular auction terms.
