Same day service is usually possible, if you're coming to me because someone else botched a repair it could take longer. Just be honest about anything you or anyone else has done to try and fix the console (if anything). I've already fixed several that someone else has messed up, it's not a big deal i just hate surprises.
I am able pick up your console if you can't drop off, but will have to add a fuel surcharge depending on distance.
