Professional couple 50+ years old seeks 12 month rental. 25 years experience as home owners. Wife is great interior decorator, husband loves to garden and has all the gear (mower, snow blower, shears, shovels, etc.) Excellent people to entrust your real estate to. Prefer house but would look at TH or large condo if it had it's own generous outdoor space for barbecue and lounging (south facing). FYI, we have a large patio set. Need something for July 1 -25th move in. Flexible on price $1600 - $2500 per month. I will reply to you promptly.
