NOW HIRING
FULL-TIME-PART-TIME -MORTGAGE AND LOAN FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
REQUIREMENTS:
-Meet with clients to fill out mortgage and loan applications
- Works directly with OUR in house Mortgage Underwriters to ensure a clear understanding of customer requirements.
- Review and validate customer documentation to ensure they meet lending requirements
- Interact with solicitor or corporate closing service to ensure instructions are provided and all questions or issues are effectively communicated and resolved in a timely manner
- Complete the mortgage set up and funding process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Some customer service experience
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to professionally interact across multiple business units
- Ability to full-fill clients request in a timely manner.
4 WEEKS TRAINING PROVIDED:
- Solid understanding of the life cycle of mortgages
- Solid understanding of mortgage products, features and benefits
- Lender Filogix Express knowledge
- Specialized fraud training re: document review
- Legal real estate experience
REMUNERATION
Based on experience Commission $30,000 to $60,000 (Plus bonus)
