Description:
Lovely vintage log cabin with 7 foot loft for sale in good shape. Here are some of the particulars.
Dimensions 22' x 18'
Logs are 12" to 14" thick
Cabin consists of 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 18, and 22 foot logs
New steel roof 2x8 ft. trusses.
Double 1" planks in loft covering 3/4 of the loft.
Lower main floor can not be salvaged.
Old framed kitchen attached to the back can not be salvaged except metal roof.. Log wall runs across where
the old kitchen is attached except for doorway.
Roof system 5 years old.
