Leader Global Consulting has coaches in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Virginia and California and is now expanding into Ontario. This ground floor opportunity is for individuals who want to learn Sales and Marketing techniques that actually work for business owners and entrepreneurs.
We are looking for people with attitude first and skills second. Why? We are coaches! We can train the skills but we can’t train Attitude. What is the correct attitude? Someone willing to learn adapts and grow with a fast paced company that has planned to dominate the second fasted industry in North America - Coaching. Warning: The winning candidate must Love to Eat What they Kill, must Love to do something different every day and won’t need a baby sitter to make them work!
If you have some or all of the following Skill sets we want to hear from you;
• Event Planning – We hold over 2 events per month in and around the GTA and are looking for someone comfortable organizing registrations and follow-up for our Marketing Bootcamps.
• Champion - the effective use of the internet, fax, direct mail, telemarketing and other marketing channels and tactics to market towards prospective clients. Work with marketing teams to incorporate and leverage these channels/tactics in their overall marketing and business development planning.
• Assist in - taking the lead on cutting-edge internet marketing practices and topics.
• Telemarketing Experience – No, we won’t put you on the phone 8 hours a day but you need to effectively communicate with others over the phone. If you are afraid of the phone, please don’t apply.
• Database Management – You have to know about and be able to use computers easily to manage our very large databases.
• Web Based Experience - is not necessary but a huge plus
• Administration Duties – organize general office work – at least until an assistant is necessary.
How much will you get paid? That depends on how effective you are! If you have the right skills and attitude, the possibilities are endless! We offer extensive training, a base salary and commission for this full time or part time contract position.
