***Suitable for 1 person or a couple - June 1st to August 15th (dates are flexible)
We are located in the heart of downtown Montreal, one street away from the famous St-Laurent street (Corner of Prince Arthur). Everything is within walking distance (bank, grocery store, movie store, SAQ, restaurants, clubs, etc)
We are looking for someone who is very responsible, someone we can trust, and someone CLEAN
Things included:
Fully furnished (double size bed, tv, dvd player, coffee table, dinning room table, 2 desks)
High speed internet / digital cable / telephone line
Washer & dryer in our basement
BBQ (nice sized private backyard)
Dishwasher (all appliances are stainless steel)
ADT alarm system
AC
*Hydro not included!!
*Dogs are welcomed, sorry no cats because we are extremely allergic
*NO smoking in the house please
