Wanted : Join New Independent Theatre Troupe

I'm trying to start a new independent theatre troupe for the 2009/2010 season in Toronto. I've done this before, and I know it can work. What we need:
-Lighting Designers
-Sound Designers
-Costume Designers
-Props Designers
-Set Designers
-Actors/Actresses
-Stage Managers
-Playwrights
-Directors
-Advertisers
-Anything else you can think of
The Plan:
1. We will find an original script (I have a few, but I'm open to alternatives).
2. We find a venue that will maximize profit.
3. REHEARSE! REHEARSE! REHEARSE!
4. Another project at a later date, perhaps, but perhaps not.
This is a great experience, and I encourage people of all ages and levels of experience to e-mail with the following information:
Name?
Age?
What, from the list above, would you be interested in doing for the production? (acting, directing, advertising, etc) Choose as many fields as you want!
Where do you live? (Optional-- this information will only be used so that we can find a central location for everyone to meet for auditions and rehearsals, so that no one has to travel too far.)
On a scale of 0 to 10, what level of interest do you have in this troupe (0 being no interest, 10 being definite interest). Please note that this number will not be used to decide the outcome of your audition; this will only be possible if there is a certain level of commitment, however.
Any other information you want to tell me, go ahead.
Any questions, ask away.
If you have a script you would like to submit for consideration, e-mail it to yourself first (to copyright it), then e-mail it to me.
This group is mainly just to see how much interest there is in starting a new theatre troupe. If you respond to this ad, I will respond to you. If there's not enough interest, I will let you know. If there is enough interest, everyone who e-mails me will get to audition. Please note that auditions will PROBABLY be held in September 2009, but if this is inconvenient, just let me know and I might be able to work something out for you. The production will be in the 2009/2010 season. If your interest is dependent on something, such as a date, just let me know. I really want this to work out so let me know if I can do anything to make this experience easier or more enjoyable for you.
