As a CSR, you will maintain customer accounts by handling inbound phone inquiries from magazine subscribers and product customers while earning a great wage!
Duties include:
Answer customer queries on a variety of transactions
Researches and resolves customer problems
Serve as an engaging and friendly initial point of contact for existing and potential customers via telephone and email
Hours:
Our Call Center is open Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
Qualified candidates must possess:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• High tolerance, positive attitude, friendly personality
• Excellent workplace behaviour and self-driven
• Minimum typing skills of 25 wpm
• 5+ years call centre experience preferred
• Assimilate and understand information and make sound decisions in solving customer related problems and issues
• Effectiveness in working individually and in a group setting
