You:
A born problem solver and a creative guru; your strong understanding of HTML/CSS standards and HTML development methodologies will guide you as you implement intricate and eye catching designs, and troubleshoot/debug problems with others. Multitasking will be your middle name as you have your fingers in many pies. You will work on primary projects, and have key involvement with additional crucial deliverables.
You’ll have a lot of responsibility, and a lot of freedom to rise to your daily challenges in your own creative way. If you like being micro-managed, this is not the company for you!
Responsibilities:
- Work with the design team to create innovative and creative web designs
- Work with the development team to implement design in Flash and HTML
- Maintain the existing web applications and support ongoing enhancements of current infrastructure
Technical Qualifications:
- Must exhibit strong knowledge of HTML/CSS (2+ years of solid development experience)
- Must have working experience and knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
- Must have working experience with integration of HTML/CSS with PHP and ASP.NET
- A good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, an asset
- Ability to walk on water and turn water into sweet wine!
Other Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-evident adaptability, a quick learner, tolerance for stress and ability to work to tight deadlines under minimal supervision
- Proven ability to proactively identify, analyze, recommend and/or implement solutions for problems
- Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly, in both the technical and the business realm
