Description:

We are looking for a live in House helper to look after our lovely and fun filled children (Girl aged 5 and Boy aged 2˝). Our daughter goes to school and our son goes to nursery. We are looking for a bright, cheerful, confident, tidy, reliable, and flexible and fun House helper. You must be over 21. Driver would be desirable but not essential. Non smoker essential.

We are a happy, relaxed family and live in a house in Toronto, Ontario M5V 1V6 with a garden and are close to lots of amenities, shops, café, bus and tube etc. You will have your own double room with TV, DVD player and access to the internet. We also provide a bus pass.

We need someone to stay for a minimum of 12 months. You must have the relevant childcare experience and 2 checkable references.

Duties will be:

Supervising breakfast time and getting them dressed and ready for school.
Dropping them off and collecting them from school/nursery.
After school taking them to activities – swimming, parks etc.
Some laundry, ironing and general cleaning.
You will need excellent spoken and written English and be able to read stories etc.

The approximate hours are 7.30am – 10.30 and 3pm – 6.30pm Monday to Friday, very occasional Saturday mornings, babysitting twice a week (some weeks there will be no babysitting). $200 per week plus a weekly bus pass for Zones 1&2 and extra pay for any additional hours by agreement.
