It includes ten preset programs--manual, intervals, weight loss, rolling, reverse train, random, user 1, user 2, walking, and target heart rate. The contact heart rate monitors built into the smaller subsidiary handles below the computer console, which also includes a fan, and it also offers a heart rate telemetric receiver from an optional, compatible chest-worn heart rate monitor.
