Job Description:
The Client Service Executive will effectively process a high volume of incoming and outgoing client recruitment and inquiries. Training is provided, and is on-going. Experiences are beneficial, but as mentioned, training is available. Key to role involves: fast learning, eager to participate and achieve, money-oriented mind-set, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate on a timely basis with clients and managers on job.
• Operate and fluent in computer usage: Microsoft office, powerpoint, photoshop, etc..
• Perform quality check on clients' needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of one year office service experience, preferably in the sales, marketing, and various other industries that will help build on your experiences here.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Prioritize projects and manage workflow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Compensation depends on experience, but upon completion of training, rate around $4,000/month.
