TITLE: CSR
POSITION: FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK
DEPARTMENT: CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
SALARY: TO BE NEGOTIATED
LOCATION: STEEL & VICTORIA PARK



MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

 Setting up new accounts and optimizing accounts of new and existing clients
 Monitoring business accounts and providing relevant support
 Handling customers’ inquiries and complaints via email and phone
 Maintaining good customer relations
 Identifying and solving client problems proactively
 Providing tailor-made services to clients for setting up campaigns
 Making warm calls to customers; Upselling to existing clients
 Assisting in advertising and marketing campaigns; Conducting marketing research studies
 Handling Live Support
 Network Support
 Account Verification
 Making reports and providing administrative support to Manager of Customer Services & Sales

REQUIREMENTS
 Diploma or B.A. in relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
 Strong customer service skills
 Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
 Proficient in oral & written English
 Excellent phone skills and communication skills;
 Polite manners and positive working attitude
 Strong research skills and organizational skills
 Exceptional interpersonal skill
 Self-motivated
 Willing to learn, accept new ideas
 Sales skills is a plus
