Responsibilities as a Inside Sales Representative

• Prospecting for new clients across North America using our company database.
• The ability to generate new leads through research and networking on the phone.
• Manage and grow current key accounts.
• Interacting daily with current and potential clients over phone.

Your sales career will begin with a one week orientation where you’ll learn about our culture as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of WBR. Our orientation is completed by sales training, typically lasting 3 to 4 days. The training will focus on the skills needed to succeed.
