This 15th floor, two bedroom, two bath, high rise apartment is located two blocks N/W of the Yonge/Eglinton subway and Eglinton Center/Theaters. A cozy, air-conditioned space with a large balcony facing the West. The view overlooks the most beautiful sea of green forest that spans Toronto's South, West and North ends. Building amenities include sauna, pool, Tennis court, laundromat (cash-card operated), an on site convenience store with dry-cleaning services and movie rentals. *Underground parking is available at $94/month. Wireless highspeed internet is available but we will share the monthly cost. The common area (living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony) will be our shared space. All appliances are new including the dishwasher.
Your room:
is very large with a walk through-2sided double closet and a private, en-suite full bath. There is also plenty of storage space. I would prefer one person but have a double bed if a couple is interested. The room has just been repainted, is equipped with bed, end table, computer table, chair and dressers. Cost for second person is $50 per week.
Meals, room cleaning and laundry services available if required at an additional cost.
Looking for:
A working professional, graduate student or anyone needing a short-term or extended, comfortable stay in Toronto. Length of stay is negotiable depending on your situation. This individual must be respectful, courteous and enjoy the company of others as I occasionally invite close friends over for dinner and a few glasses of shiraz.

I'm a young hearted female, 37 years of age and a self-employed entrepreneur. I work from home and keep very long hours as a Graphic Designer. I LOVE to cook, eat well, am very clean (as I have clients over occasionally) and keep active. I love the outdoors so I've brought part of that into my space with several palm trees and a variety of plants. I have no pets but welcome any furry angel you may have.
