Job Description: · Responsible for handling a high volume of incoming Customer Service calls, resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution, related to the utilities Industry. · Address payment arrangement requests, research and resolve customer problems such as high bills, opening & closing accounts, meter reads, water inquiries. · Accurately attain and input data and display dependability, flexibility and adaptability to meet our customer service goals and customer needs. · Some outbound calling may reasonably be requested by Management such as, (but not exclusively): courtesy calls and payment inquiry calls · Other administrative duties as may reasonably be requested by Management such as (but not exclusively): o Completes transactions which effect customer bills; o Receives request for opening and closing properties; o Leads, distributes, follows up and checks work,; o Maintains customer records by updating account information. o Payment inquiries · Performs clerical and administrative routines associated with the position and/or inbound/outbound calling as requested by Management and/or business needs · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
