If you are familiar with short selling, please skip to the next paragraph, if not....read on. Short selling is a way to make money when a stock goes down. You borrow shares from your broker, sell them immediately, and buy them back at a later date. e.g.: you borrow 1000 shares of stock X(with the promise to buy 1000 shares of stock X in the future), which is trading at per share. You sell those shares immediately. This adds 10,000 dollars to your account. Stock X drops to per share. You buy 1000 shares of stock X for 9,000 dollars. Net profit = 1,000 dollars.

There are currently 6 stocks, trading between and per share that will be off the market roughly 5-10 years from now....possibly sooner. Short sell them now and you'll never have to buy back the stock when it hits 0. When you hear which stocks and why, you are going to kick yourself for not thinking of it yourself, and probably, fire your current broker/financial advisor for not looking after your best interests.
