Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Collection calls to clients concerning their overdue accounts on a Senior Collection Portfolio
• Comply with Provincial regulations
• Comply and maintain Client portfolio requirements
• Achieve Daily and Monthly targets

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Trace calls to sources to locate individuals concerning their overdue accounts.
• Comply with Provincial regulations
• Comply and maintain Client portfolio requirements
• Using available trace tools, programs and contacts
• Achieve Daily and Monthly targets
Qualifications:
Advanced Typing abilities
Ability to multitask
Maturity, diplomacy and high degree of professionalism along with a resourceful nature
French language (as an asset),Efficient, Reliable, Quick Learner, Organized, Attention to Detail.

Previous 3rd Party Collection Experience
