Description:

Painter available in the Annex. Small, one room jobs (under 15 by 20) that require 3 things:

(a) basic quality tools, which I have (this includes brushes, sandpaper & drop sheets)
(b) eco friendly paint (no voc), quality roller(s), spackle, cover sheets for furniture - YOU PROVIDE
(c) flexible schedule/availability

Wall & Trim Preparation: Basic preparation, sanding trim and walls, filling small holes/cracks is included. If the walls are in rough condition I have a plasterer for efficient, high quality work that will provide a separate job.

Quote: I like to keep things simple, no confusing quotes. Here's a general guideline.

Ceiling - 1st coat $75, 2nd coat $50
Walls - 2 coats applied to all walls - $225
Trim - $0.75 per linear foot/per coat (note - rough condition trim may cost more in prep)
Doors - $45 per door

I live in the Annex and ONLY WORK LOCALLY to help the environment and manage time. I balance my time between green painting and managing my network of green friendly websites. It will generally take 3 to 4 partial days to complete a job (paint needs to dry well and surfaces prepared for the best quality finish). I have spent time training with a master painter in the Yukon and am very customer focused. References are available if requested.

Contact Stephen at info@housepaintit.com with questions and to discuss availability. Once we have determined the details I can contact you by phone and firm up arrangements. I am happy to come down for a quick meeting once we are comfortable that we are moving forward. This saves us time and my quote guideline should give a fairly accurate idea of the price.
