Rate includes all utilities, Free Cable TV, Free Local Phone Calling & free Wireless Internet Access & once per week maid service. If required, underground parking is available at $125.00/month.
To reserve our suites & guarantee your booking, we require a $500.00 deposit. Methods of payment accepted include credit card, debit card, cash, travellers cheques.With new corporate accounts, we may accept company cheques after setting up an account with us.
We are an apartment hotel located near Yonge/Bloor on 620 church street , in the heart of downtown Toronto. We currently have Junior 1 bedroom & full 1 bdr. suites available. Features include: A/C , full kitchen: fridge , stove, microwave , utensils. Coin laundry ( lower level), indoor pool, exercise room, mens & ladies sauna, underground parking. All suites have balconies.
Since we have been offering Short Term & Extended Stays it has been very popular. Our fully furnished suites with full kitchens make us a hit with guests who want a different experience : apartment sized suites with optional hotel services. 24 hr concierge / front desk means that information/assistance is readly available.Flexible stay means that the only thing required is that you book a minimum of 30 days with us.Even if you intend to stay a shorter period of time ( for instance 2 weeks) it may be more affordable to book 30 days. Reserving a suite can be done by phone, email or in person. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, travellers cheques.
For those researching online & currently out of town, email and/or calls to me will be answered promptly & accurately.
