Must be HEALTHY & COMMIT to 3 - 4 appointments
(3 hours long) for completed treatment
CHILDREN Aged 5 and up WELCOME
One time Registration Fee - Adults $30 and Children $15
- Will cover ALL SERVICES for one full year
