CROSS-COUNTRY SKI LESSONS

11 am to 2.00 pm weekdays or Sat.or Sun. , Lessons begin when snow depth is suitable for grooming
Cost for half-day session $30 per skier-includes equipment provision & instruction by Dan Mahony CANSI instructor
Trail Fee $4.50 in Waterloo : $12 at Albion Hills

From TORONTO to LAUREL CREEK CONSERVATION AREA,WATERLOO
Heading west on #401 take exit 278 and follow signs indicating Waterloo/St. Jacobs
Go west on # 8 , then north on the CONESTOGA PARKWAY highways 85/86
Take the NORTHFIELD DRIVE Exit- Go right on to Northfield Dr.
Turn RIGHT on to Westmount Rd. - PARK ENTRANCE is on the LEFT

From TORONTO to Albion Hills C.A. take 427 north, then left on Hwy. 7 to Peel Rd. 50. Turn right and go north on Peel Rd. 50. Albion Hills is 8 kms. North of Bolton

Description: Competent, qualified instruction, equipment provided on groomed, track set trails at Both Conservation Areas. Suitable for beginner, novice & intermediate skiers from ages 8 to 80! Relaxed gradual approach, not competition or racing based, to promote a fun cardiovascular outing for recreational skiers. Instructor Dan Mahony is certified through the Canadian Association of Nordic Ski Instructors. Focus is on the basics of classic skiing but there is some instruction & equipment available for skate skiing.
